When should you consider psychotherapy?
As the other forms of treatment I use, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Time line therapy concentrate on helping and changing the unconscious mind, Clinical Psychotherapy generally focusses on the conscious mind. This is important when you understand that the mind complete, has two parts that need to be congruent in helping you get the life and beaviour you want, when both minds are working together we find less self-sabotage occurres and more single minded, goal orientated change can take place to get you the life you desire.
